Rocky Snyda is a Recording Artist, Host and Event Coordinator out of Flatbush, Brooklyn. Drawing attention throughout NYC and the underground music scene strictly through her live performance sets and captivating hosting skills. She's known for shocking audiences with her theatrical anecdotes, storytelling and eccentric style. Not to mention being able to intertwine her different talents through live performances in a way you rarely see on stage. (Incorporating poetry, singing, music production etc...) With a degree in Musical Theater from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy Rocky's vision is to bring grammy style performances to all stages she graces. Rocky has performed for National Sawdust, Brooklyn Bowl, Everyday Ppl, Afropunk and more. Rocky has also hosted for brands such as Vice, Noisey, Reebok, Symphonic Distro etc.. Heavily influenced musically by Biggie Smalls, Kate Bush and Daft Punk the most. As her musical journey unfolds you'll be able to see a reflection of all her influences in a refreshing unique way. Her storytelling through music allows her to touch on topics such as love, mental illness and navigating through the music industry as a woman. Within the last year Rocky has released 2 singles, A Hip Hop EP, A Pop EP and Dance Mix. This drew the eyes of numerous brands and playlists such as Apple Music's Official x NBA's "BASE:LINE" and Spotify's Official "Friday Cratediggers" Playlist. Behind the scenes Rocky has also recorded music for commercials such as Maybelline and EOS. Her "SUPA DUPA FLY FREESTYLE" is kicking off her musical season this spring where Rocky plans to release music and visuals throughout the summer.
